About Us

As two friends, but also 2023 brides (one newly married in February 2023, and one soon to be married in August 2023), Lindsay and Julia decided to pair up to help brides, grooms, event planners, photographers, (really anyone!) across the Lower Mainland and beyond have beautiful, affordable (and stress free!) archway rentals at their events. They know exactly how stressful and difficult it can be to find the right decor without breaking the bank or having to DIY it all yourself - but know how important it is to have decor that will make your event even more perfect.

And really, an Engineer and an Engagement / Events Manager - could you think of a better duo for a wedding archway business? ;)

Julia Melesko

Originally from Kelowna, BC, Julia moved to Vancouver in 2015 to pursue her Bachelor's in Communications from SFU and then followed it up with a Masters (M.A.) in Political Science from SFU, graduating from her second degree in 2020. During the day, Julia is the Manager, Engagement & Capacity at local First Nations Non-Profit the First Nations Public Service Secretariat, where she leads a team of young women who plan events, build training, and engage with First Nations across BC each and every day. At night, you can find Julia snuggling up with her corgi puppy Sunny, playing video games with her fiance Grayson, and shopping with friends. She is an incredibly detailed problem solver and communicator and is extremely passionate about the event and wedding industry.

She is so excited to be the (probably less talented) half of Just Love Rentals with Lindsay, who inspires her every day to think bigger and work harder. She can't wait to help make your day even more beautiful!

Lindsay Noormohamed

Lindsay is a highly skilled and passionate engineer, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She graduated in 2021 and has since been making a mark in the construction industry. With her experience as a project coordinator and designer, Lindsay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Currently, she works as both a project coordinator and engineer in training in the field of building envelope science, where she is responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various building projects.

Aside from her professional endeavors, Lindsay also enjoys practicing yoga and playing flag football. She believes that a healthy body and mind are essential to success in all aspects of life, and she strives to incorporate these principles into her daily routine.

In her free time, Lindsay loves to explore her creative side, and she discovered her passion for floral design when she put together the bouquets for her own wedding. She enjoyed it so much that she is now looking forward to helping others with their big day - including creating custom floral arrangements for any event!
