Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only offer payments through Paypal, E-transfer, or cash, either when booking or upon delivery of the rental to your event. No payments will be taken on this site - once you have used our booking feature and requested your preferred rental, we will reach out to you with additional details on how to pay for your rental and ensure it is delivered to your event with your specifications. How does set-up and delivery work? What if my event is beyond the Lower Mainland?
To keep everything as stress-free as possible for you, we do not offer a pick-up option for our rentals, as we are the experts for set-up and take down and want to ensure your rental experience is positive. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will confirm your event destination and timing and ensure it is delivered and set up in the timeline you have communicated. Delivery and pick-up within the Lower Mainland (between Chilliwack and West Vancouver) is included in your per-day rental price.

Set-up includes all materials to ensure the rental is as beautiful as the rest of your event - all the way down to the portable steamer to make sure there are no wrinkles in the chiffon!

If your event is beyond the Lower Mainland, we would still love to make the rental work but there are additional charges. We will build in an additional mileage rate of $0.59 per kilometer into your rental (for both directions) for KMs beyond the areas of Chilliwack (if going East) or West Vancouver (if going West). Any additional travel costs, such as ferry costs, will also be the responsibility of you, the renter, and will be added to your rental charge.

What is your policy if the rental is damaged during the event?
